In cooperation with one of our retailers and the professional fire brigade from Trier, this special model was produced in line with an exclusive series. The professional fire brigade of the „oldest city in Germany“ celebrates its 160th anniversary in 2006. After the stock period has expired, we are now able to offer a partial edition at Herpa eXtra.

The shipping company „Wallenius Lines“ has recently changed its name to „Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics“. The worldwide operating Swedish company has specialized in the transport of vehicles. Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics‘ 40 ships alone transport approx. 2 million vehicles annually. A partial edition of this exclusive model for Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics is now also available at Herpa eXtra.

Olympic Airways Boeing 747-200

Olympic Airlines has commissioned Herpa to produce a follow-up edition of the Boeing 747-200 model in the 1/500 scale. the first 1993 edition, back when the airline still operated under the name of Olympic Airways, was actually one of Herpa's very earliest models in the 1/500 scale. It belonged, together with two follow-up editions, to the retail collection until 2000. The model's current follow-up edition will be released with the usual "new generation" details such as true-to-scale landing gear and additional imprinting, including, for the first time, the registration SX-OAD. A part of the edition is now also available through the Herpa eXtra online shop.
