DreamWorks Animation and Aardman Features present: “Flutsch und weg” (Flushed Away). From May 24th, the intelligent and amazingly imaginative comedy film is available on DVD in Germany. “A beastly movie adventure for the whole family” states TV Familia; and “the most hilarious and charming animated comedy of the year!” writes TV Spielfilm. Already on the day of its silver screen debut press commentaries on the spoilt upper class rat were more than enthusiastic. For the German version DreamWorks was able to sign Ralf Bauer as Roddy and Jessica Schwarz voice acting Rita. But the secret heroes of the film are a choir of singing slugs who sometimes steal the show from the actual main characters. The DVD features a large scale of bonus material including two brand-new animated sensational slug songs and a view behind the scenes of the soundtrack development. And not to forget the delightsome shrieks of the slugs! What is more, the DVD presents the director’s commentary, links to interactive games, additional downloads available on the internet, creative crafts instructions and much more.
