To be considered for nomination to the LIMA Board of Directors, a candidate must be a current LIMA member in good standing or be employed by a current member in good standing and have met the following criteria: Must have been an active participant in the licensing industry for at least five years. Examples of qualifying activities include: The Nominating Committee will review all submissions and then present a slate of those judged to be the most qualified candidates to the current Board for approval. Upon approval, the slate will be presented for election to the entire membership in advance of the upcoming Annual Meeting. The following positions are up for election this year: A “Licensee” member is any person, firm, or corporation engaged in providing goods or services under a license agreement to which it is a party (a “Licensee”) There are no Support or International vacancies this year. Interested candidates should send their qualifying materials to Mary Verdegaal at mverdegaal@licensing.org no later than March 21, 2008. |
