TV-Loonland AG is pleased to announce that it has been notified of a new shareholder holding over 3% of the group’s issued share capital. The new shareholder is Your Family Entertainment AG / Dr. Stefan Piech / Film & Medien Beteiligungs GmbH. Your Family Entertainment AG issued a press release advising of this shareholding. Their press release went on to say: “We are of the opinion, that after its restructuring TV-Loonland is an interesting investment. Content in the children and youth segment like the programmes of TV-Loonland are in Germany at the moment undervalued”. Simon Flamank CEO of TV-Loonland AG, commented “We welcome the fact that a competitor has chosen to make this financial investment”. “The managements of the two companies are on speaking terms with one another and we will be meeting in the coming weeks”. |
