DFL Sports Enterprises, on behalf of DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga, will soon invite tenders for the licensing rights for trading cards and stickers commencing season 2011/2012. Interested companies can register with immediate effect. Registration inquiries must be sent in written form, by using the registration document designed for this purpose, to DFL Sports Enterprises by March 8, 2010. The registration documents are available on www.bundesliga.de.

“We are inviting tenders for the licensing rights at this early stage in order to have the earliest possible planning security for all parties involved,” says Dr. Robert Niemann, CEO of DFL Sports Enterprises.

As of March 9, 2010, DFL Sports Enterprises will provide qualified interested parties with the tender documents in an open, transparent and non-discriminating tendering procedure. Qualified parties can infer content, scope and timeframe as well as applicable regulations of the offered licensing rights from the tender documents.
